Policies

As a courtesy, appointment reminder texts are sent out 72-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee as a cancellation fee. If you no-show or cancellations are made within 4 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service as a cancellation fee.

Out of respect for other clients if you are going to be more than 5-10 minutes late to your appointment I sometimes cannot extend your service to make up for lost time. 

You are paying an artists time, product and other expenses used to provide you the service. No refund will be given. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 72 hours from your appointment, to discuss your concerns. If it is at fault of application or product a complimentary touch up can be scheduled. If failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged 100% of the service.
